Vista has been working with individuals with autism and their families since 2001, using a treatment model based on the science of applied behavior analysis. Dr. Massel is a Licensed Psychologist in California and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-doctoral level.

For over 40 years Ms. Lapin has been an internationally known lecturer and consumer/legislative advocate for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has been honored as Woman of the Year by Assembly Member Bob Blumenfield and she was also honored by First Lady Nancy Reagan at the White House.
