Our services include in-home and community behavioral training and parent/caregiver training, for families with children and adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. ● Some flexibility in scheduling (10 to 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (mostly afternoon and evening hours).
● Opportunities to work with master’s candidates and graduates in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in group settings and on a one-to-one basis.

● Flexibility to work in diverse geographic areas, such as Santa Clarita Valley and Palmdale (Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Palmdale, Lancaster, Canyon Country), San Fernando Valley (Glendale, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Thousand Oaks), Los Angeles (from Malibu to Hawthorne), and San Gabriel Valley (Whittier/La Mirada to Rosemead).
● Mileage and drive time reimbursement
● Pay commensurate with experience and education, (min. $15/hour for behavior interventionists and $19/hour for case managers)
● On the job supervision and training
● ABA fieldwork supervision by a board certified behavior analyst and licensed psychologist
Behavior Interventionists
The Behavior Interventionist’s minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology/ behavior analysis • Documented experience working with the target population
The Behavior Interventionist’s work outputs:
• Programs implemented • Data collected & graphed • Materials prepared • Internal communication procedures followed • Data based decisions made • Timesheets submitted
Case Managers
The Case Manager’s minimum qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Behavior Analysis • Documented experience working with the target population
The Case Manager’s preferred quantifications include:
• Master’s degree in Psychology/ Behavior Analysis • Documented experience managing teams that have worked with the target population • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Case Manger’s work outputs:
• Child programs written • Parent programs written • Assessments completed • Data based decisions made • Internal communication procedures followed • External communication procedures followed • BIs trained • Cases managed • Timesheet submitted
