What We do

Vista Center for Behavior Analysis is a vibrant and growing agency that provides a unique opportunity for professionals seeking the support of motivated and highly trained colleagues. Our behavior interventionists and case managers are among the very best in the field. Our services include in-home and community behavioral training and parent/caregiver training, for families with children and adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. Vista uses innovative, highly successful and scientifically proven techniques. Employee Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay commensurate with experience and education, (min. $15/hour for behavior interventionists and $19/hour for case managers)

  • Health benefits available with 30 hr/week schedule following a 90-day probation period.

  • Some flexibility in scheduling (10 - 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday, from 8:00am to 8:00pm, mostly afternoon and evening hours).

  • Flexibility to work in diverse geographic areas, such as Santa Clarita Valley and Palmdale (Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Palmdale, Lancaster, Canyon Country), San Fernando Valley (Glendale, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Thousand Oaks), Los Angeles (from Malibu to Hawthorne), and San Gabriel Valley (Whittier/La Mirada to Rosemead).

  • ABA fieldwork supervision by a board certified behavior analyst

Qualifications - Behavior Interventionists and Adaptive Skills Trainers

The Behavior Interventionist and Adaptive Skills Trainers’ minimum qualifications include:

  • High school diploma

The Behavior Interventionist and Adaptive Skills Trainers’ preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology/ behavior analysis
  • Documented experience working with the target population

The Behavior Interventionist and Adaptive Skills Trainers’ work outputs:

  • Treatment Goals implemented
  • Data collected & graphed
  • Clinical setting maintained
  • Relationships established with clients
  • Policies and Procedures Followed
  • Time Submitted

Qualifications - Case Managers

The Case Manager’s minimum qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology/ Behavior Analysis
  • Documented experience working with the target population

The Case Manager’s preferred qualifications include:

  • Documented experience managing teams that have worked with the target population
  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Case Manger’s work outputs:

  • Assessments Completed
  • Behavior Intervention Plan Written
  • Progress Report Written
  • Clinical Decisions Made
  • Case Managed
  • BI Work Outputs Accomplished
  • BI Schedules Completed
  • Policies and Procedures Followed
